Shipping policy
At Mosani, we aim to deliver your favourite fragrances safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
1. Delivery Locations
Currently, Mosani delivers exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on the payment method selected at checkout.
Online Card Payments
A flat shipping fee of AED 20 applies to orders paid for online by card. This fee will be added to your order total at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For Cash on Delivery orders, shipping charges are payable directly to the courier upon delivery. The delivery fee will depend on your location and the actual shipping cost charged by the courier.
COD shipping charges are separate from the product amount payable for your order.
3. Order Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, any available tracking details will be shared with you.
Please ensure that your contact details and delivery address are accurate when placing your order to avoid delivery delays.
