All prices displayed on our website are in UAE dirhams (AED), unless stated otherwise.

Available payment methods may include online card payments and Cash on Delivery (COD), as displayed at checkout.

For online card payments, the applicable shipping fee is AED 20.

For COD orders, shipping charges are payable directly to the courier upon delivery and depend on the delivery location and actual courier charges.

Orders paid online are subject to successful payment authorization. COD orders are subject to confirmation and the availability of COD delivery services.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes a purchase request. An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee acceptance if an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or the order cannot be fulfilled.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and arrange any applicable refund in accordance with applicable law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Mosani currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

For online card payments, a shipping fee of AED 20 applies. For COD orders, shipping charges are collected separately by the courier upon delivery, based on the actual delivery cost for the location.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns may be requested within five days from the date of delivery, provided the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly before returning the product.
